Preschool
Specifically, our learning activities will take place from 09:00 AM to 11:45 AM, Monday through Friday. This schedule is designed to provide a structured and engaging learning environment for children, ensuring they have ample time to explore and grow. Additionally, this consistent routine helps children develop a sense of stability and focus during their early developmental years.
Kindy A is a nurturing environment designed for our youngest learners, ages 4 to 5 years old, where they can explore and grow at their own pace. On the other hand, Kindy B is tailored for slightly older children, ages 5 to 6 years, providing them with the support and guidance they need as they prepare for the next step in their educational journey. What both groups have in common is their dedication to fostering a loving and encouraging atmosphere for all children. Ultimately, these programs aim to create a strong foundation for lifelong learning and development.
At Rumah Biru, we warmly welcome students with special needs to join our learning community. To ensure the best support, we encourage parents to consult with our psychologist beforehand, so we can tailor our approach to meet each child’s unique needs. By doing so, we can better understand how to create an inclusive and supportive environment. Ultimately, by working together, we can create a nurturing space where all learners can thrive.
At the moment, the Preschool program is available only at the Kemang Center. This means that families interested in this program will need to visit or enroll at this specific location. However, we are continuously exploring opportunities to expand access to this program in the future.

Firstly, all children will be waiting for pick-up inside the Daycare area. They will be supervised at all times to ensure their safety. Next, to pick up your child, please proceed to the reception area where you will need to sign the pick-up forms. Once signed, you can wait for your children in the designated front area.
At Rumah Biru, we understand the importance of nourishing children with healthy food, which is why we take great care in preparing wholesome meals for breakfast, lunch, and early dinner. In addition, we offer healthy snacks twice a day to keep their energy up. To keep parents informed and involved, our staff will send out a weekly menu to all parents.
We understand how concerning it can be when a child is unwell. Rest assured, we will reach out to parents as soon as possible if their child becomes sick at daycare. In the meantime, we will ensure that the child is cared for in a comfortable, separate area while they wait for pickup, accompanied by the educator.
Play Room
At our school, we embrace the Kurikulum Merdeka and Creative Curriculum, focusing on nurturing each child’s unique potential. We prioritize fun, research-based, and multi-sensory strategies to foster early learning skills in a warm and engaging environment.
We understand the importance of rest for children after a nourishing lunch. To ensure they feel comfortable and refreshed, we kindly guide them through a routine that includes washing their hands and feet, as well as changing into cozy clothes before nap. This gentle routine helps create a nurturing environment where they can relax and recharge.
As a parent, staying connected to your child’s class and the school community is important. We understand how much you care about being involved in your child’s daily activities. That’s why our application is designed to provide you with instant access to information about your child’s classroom activities, schedule, and plans. You can also easily keep track of important daily details, such as meal times, nap schedules, and bathroom breaks.
Therapy
It’s important to understand that there can be many reasons why young children may not be talking yet. Before beginning therapy sessions, it can be incredibly helpful for parents to have a consultation. This way, we can better understand the specific needs of the child and provide the support and guidance that will be most beneficial for their development.
The session lasts for one hour, with 50 minutes dedicated to therapy to ensure the child receives the support they need, followed by 10 minutes for a discussion with the therapist.

Co-operative play is something we truly value. But it has to be learned, as well as appeal to our social instincts… The best way to achieve this is by copying what we see. Therefore, our teachers and educators model play and co-operate whenever they can, so the kids get a sense of what it looks like. Taking turns, acting gently, speaking in a kind manner: all of these are examples of positive reinforcement. Soon enough, the play will start to diffuse social tension as a result.
We begin with short separation times, as children need to have faith that their educator will return. This builds trust and mutual understanding. Once these brief periods become the norm, we extend the length of separation. A comforter from home often helps, something like a blanket, toy or teddy bear. It’s normal for a child to cry during their initial state at kindergarten of semi-independence. Please remember that it’s a natural, healthy response to the love you’ve given them so far. For transitions and promotions, too, we create a plan that’s tailored to their personality traits.
You may drop your child off at the daycare as early as 7:30 AM in the reception area. Since learning activities for infants begin at 11:00 AM, it is advisable to drop off your child by 8:00 AM. This will ensure they do not miss breakfast or any enjoyable morning activities.
Extracurricular
Extracurricular activities provide a wonderful opportunity for children to explore their interests and talents beyond the standard subjects they encounter in school. These programs nurture individual passions and creativity, allowing kids to grow and flourish in a supportive environment. It’s a chance for them to discover what they truly love while forming friendships and gaining valuable skills.
We offer a variety of activities to nurture both body and mind for children, including Swimming, Football, Taekwondo, Ballet, and Mengaji.
